The Luna Rose Refill + Return Program gives you two ways to keep your favorite vessels in use a little longer. Refill the ones you love, or return the ones you're ready to part with and let us give them another life.

REFILL YOUR VESSEL
$2.50 per oz
Have a Luna Rose vessel you aren't ready to part with? Bring it back and we'll clean, prep and hand-pour it again in a currently available Luna Rose scent of your choice.
Refill pricing is based on the original candle fill weight of your vessel.

Return your empties + receive 10% off your next purchase.
Don't want a refill? Bring your used Luna Rose vessels back to us instead.
Return one or more eligible vessels and you'll receive a one-time 10% off code for your next Luna Rose purchase.
Returned vessels will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected so they can be reused whenever possible.
One 10% discount is issued per return/drop-off, regardless of the number of vessels returned.
HOW IT WORKS
1. BURN IT DOWN
Enjoy your candle as usual. Once you've reached the end of its burn, allow the vessel and remaining wax to cool completely.
2. DON'T WORRY ABOUT PERFECTLY CLEANING IT
Your vessel should be empty/burned down and reasonably clean, but there's no need to remove every last bit of wax.
Please don't scrape stubborn wax or try to pry the wick clip from the bottom. We'll take care of the final cleaning and preparation.
3. MAKE SURE IT'S IN GOOD CONDITION
Vessels must be free of cracks, chips or other damage to be safely reused.
Every vessel will also be inspected by Luna Rose before it's accepted for refill or reuse.
4. SEND US A REQUEST
Use the contact form below and let us know whether you'd like to REFILL or RETURN your vessel.
For refills, let us know which vessel you have, the size if you know it, and which available Luna Rose scent you'd like.
5. BRING IT BACK
You have two ways to return your vessel:
AT A LUNA ROSE EVENT
Bring your used vessel with you to one of our upcoming pop-ups or markets.
LOCAL DROP-OFF
Local drop-off at Luna Rose is also available by arrangement. Send us a message first and we'll provide the drop-off details.
Please arrange local drop-offs with us before bringing your vessels.
6. LET THE RITUAL BEGIN AGAIN
Refilling? We'll confirm your scent, refill price and pickup details. Once your candle is ready, we'll arrange for you to pick it up locally or at an upcoming Luna Rose event.
Returning? Once your eligible vessel is returned, you'll receive your one-time 10% off code for a future Luna Rose purchase.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Luna Rose vessels only. We cannot refill or accept vessels from other candle brands.
Vessels should be empty/burned down and reasonably clean. There's no need to remove stubborn wax or wick clips yourself.
Vessels must be free of cracks, chips or other damage.
All vessels are inspected before being accepted. Luna Rose reserves the right to decline a vessel that cannot be safely refilled or reused.
Refills are $2.50 per oz and are priced according to the vessel's original candle fill weight.
Refill scent availability may vary throughout the year.
Refills are not completed while you wait. We'll contact you when your candle is ready and arrange pickup.
The Refill and Return + 10% programs are separate. A vessel being refilled does not also qualify for the 10% return discount.
One 10% discount is issued per return/drop-off, regardless of how many eligible vessels are returned.
Return discount codes are one-time use, apply to a future purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
