This was the first candle I got and I loved it soul much! It lasted 2 weeks long. Each time I had it lit, it reminded me to tune into my breath. I felt my core expanding and tightening each time, while I hoped to breathe into new abs! Normally, I am not a napper, but I peacefully fell asleep on the couch with this one lit. The aroma and affirmations reminded me that I am safe at all times. My friends could smell it upstairs, literally on an entirely different level! This candle is powerful and definitely a fan favorite.
