It is a time that illuminates the intentions we set on the new moon, just 2 weeks prior. During this period, we can celebrate our abundance and blessings and release what is no longer serving, before moving into the second half of the moon cycle. Full moons are associated with the season of summer and the shifting of ovulation to luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Give gratitude, celebrate, socialize, and simply be free when the moon is full.
