Our Story

Hello, nice to meet you! 

I’m Gina Tringali, the creator of Luna Rose. Growing up, I always loved candles and crashing the PartyLite candle parties my mom would throw in the late 90s and early 2000s (if you're a 90s kid you'll know what I'm talking about). I’m a Libra sun and Taurus rising, so with heavy Venusian energy in my chart, I value love and beauty. I love a good ambiance, and if you know me personally, you know that my house is always stocked with candles. My friends will tell you, it was always “lit” at my house before “lit” was a thing. #CandleQueen

The company pays homage to two great loves of mine, my Mom and my Grandma Rose. My mom, Denice who passed away suddenly in 2016 was a major inspiration for me start this business and do more of what I love because life is too short and we don't know how long we have on this planet. 

I celebrated ending 2020 and bringing in 2021 in Aruba with a good friend of mine. It was there that the idea of Luna Rose began to manifest. Lying on the warm beach, I formulated a plan to simply make candles of my own for fun and see where it took me!

I'm a certified Reiki practitioner, so each candle is infused with Reiki energy to enhance your healing experience. I hope these candles light up your life and heal your spirit, just as they have done for me.
